Food Allergy Staff Training

This concept eLearning module introduces staff members to basic knowledge on food allergy, including types and sources of allergens, allergic reactions, symptoms, best practice procedures for making the products safe for customers. 

Problem

This concept project provides a brief introduction to food allergy for people working in the food business. We developed this training for a global confectionery brand which operates 17 retail outlets in Hong Kong. There was an urgent need for the team to educate their staff about food allergy so as to meet operation and compliance requirements.
